讲授物理化学、电化学研究方法等课程。
从事电池、电催化、腐蚀的电化学基础研究。
主持国家自然基金面上项目2项、湖北省自然基金重点项目2项、湖北省重点研发计划3项,以及中国南方电网公司横向项目5项。
以第1完成人获湖北省技术发明奖二等奖1次和湖北省科技进步奖三等奖各1次。
